Continental interview questions

There are typically three interview rounds 1st - telephone (very informal) and may not always happen. 2nd - with reporting manager. They have a requirement of having at least two managers present. 3rd - small discussion with HR. They explain you the company and benefits

Introduced to a lab then to meeting room where the interview is done. The manager was so nice and easy to communicate with. The questions were easy and not that hard. The interview was one hour long.
