Continental interview questions

Two rounds of interview, preceded by a cognitive assessment test. First round was with an HR and the hiring manager, who had expertise in the field. Included a mix of technical and HR questions. Second round was with the hiring manager, the head of the group and a senior HR. The interview was mostly related to HR questions like "how do you resolve conflict amongst stakeholders? "how do you effectively communicate?" and so on. Finally, the hiring manager called me

I Applied through Recommendation got the interview pretty fast it was nothing out of the ordinary. Standard questions. They hire any and whoever just need people. What was your role in the team? How did show leadership etc?
