I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Collins Aerospace (New York, NY)
Interview
Got email from HR, scheduled Hire HireVue interview roughly 2 weeks later. HireVue was live, but the questions were very poorly worded and prevented brevity (they at one point asked a 4-part question all at once, where each point was tangential to the rest). I have no problem with behavioral/STAR questions, but these were some of the worst I've seen.

Interview
It was a pre-recorded interview, you had to answer the questions which appeared on the screen. There were 3 questions and the questions were school, project-related. You had a time limit to answer each question.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Collins Aerospace in Aug 2020
Interview
Short 25-30 minute interviews with various members of the team allowed me to get to know who I’d be working with. The interview content was as expected (they spent time explaining the role, asked me to tell them a little bit about myself, etc)
