Collins Aerospace interview questions

This was the behavioral, not technical, interview. Talked about background and career goals, is it okay to miss deadlines, how to disagree with established policies, how do you take pressure and disagreement, and what is most important in maintaining a good relationship with someone. Very chill, laidback. Got to talk about giving back to the community, etc.
