Coach Sale Associate interview questions

Applied in store. After about a week. They called me to have an interview. The person interviewed me is kind ,nice and patient. It took about 30 20 minutes. Then she let me fill another form. They were going to make a background checking. After 15 days, they told me I have a clear background. Then they tell me I was hired.

my friend referred me and went really smooth, asked me general questions about myself. they asked me bunch about my customer service skills, and times i had to deal with unhappy customers and how i dealt with the situation.
