I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Coach (Destin, FL) in Mar 2013
Interview
Professional and timely. Met with one of the store managers who was polite, friendly, and very thorough in her interview questions. They provided me with ample information on Coach store policies, dress code, and product information. I felt extremely well prepared for the job I was offered through the interview alone. I never felt like there were any misleading or unanswered questions. The contacted me within 3 days of submitting my resume via phone and promptly scheduled an in person interview for later in the week.

Question 1
How would you best emulate the Coach lifestyle if you were to work for us?
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Coach (San Marcos, TX) in Mar 2012
Interview
Grabbed a paper application from a manager, filled it out in store, manager asked a few pre screening questions, I was called back for a group interview scheduled for 2 days later. 2 managers interviewed the group first (general manager and store manager) then 2 other managers interviewed the group afterwards, each different questions. Recieved a call back a few days later and accepted offer.
This was the worst interview I've ever been on. The manager was frumpy and I was dressed appropriately for the Coach look. She Scanned me up and down and seemed to know it. She started the interview in the store even though i had an appointment with her. She asked me what hours I could work.. She then took me in the back and told me the down side of working there. She didn't seem very enthusiastic about Coach or my working there. I should have left the interview early. I wasted my time. I could never work for someone like that. Very unlikeable. Probably a bad boss.
