Interview
Applied in person and was given a call to come for an interview withing a couple of days. The interview was very short, casual and easy. I was interviewed right at the store. Was a little nervous, but overall there where no crazy question. They also made me fill out some paperwork. (ohh and you would have to buy your own uniform which is VERY strict)
