I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Coach (Londres, Inglaterra) in Oct 2018
Interview
The interview was for a concession position within John Lewis. The interview was well organised and with two managers: The Coach area manager and John Lewis Handbag line manager. It lasted for approximately 45 minutes. They asked what I would do in various situations relating to customer service and asked me for examples of when I had led a team, overcome a challenge and dealt with people difficult to work with and how I overcame it.
The interview process was quite lengthy (took almost a month), as I met with several different people. But the hiring manager communicated with me throughout, so the wait wasn't painful or anything.

Interview
I have applied on Friday at 11 am and they call me at 3 pm to have an interview the next day, Saturday. The store manager told me that she would like me to work as soon as possible, but she needed to talk to the area manager whether I need a second interview or not. They call me back the next Monday to have an interview with the area manager for the next Wednesday. After that day, Thursday, they told me that I am in.
