Quite easy, applied through seek. Had a phone screening and was invited to a face to face interview. Very generic questions asked. It was a fast process all happened within a week, with a job offer by the end of the week.

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Coach (New York, NY) in May 2018
Interview
I was reached out to by a recruiter who did a phone interview and then invited me in to meet in person. In person I met first with her and then with the manager whom the role reported into. I was told I would hear back from the hiring manager within the week for next steps. I did not hear back for about 2 months.

Question 1
Simple questions on my experience and qualifications. I was asked about challenges I've faced in the past.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Coach (Melbourne) in Jan 2022
Interview
First interview was with a HR member which went for roughly 45 minutes. Standard questions from 'Tell us about your experience, what you know about Coach, mentoring and coaching a team'.
Second interview a few days later with the National Sales Manager with almost the exact same questions.
In between the second and third interview they asked to perform a SWOT analysis to perform on a store and present that in the third interview.
Third interview was with the head of HR and yet again the same questions.
The first two interviews were casual and down to earth, the third was cold and direct. Lacked any warmth.
