Coach interview questions

Phone screen with hr, then interview with hiring manager. HR was erratic, fast talking, and didn't seems to care about candidates. Very transactional. The hiring manager was worse- robotic, asked generic questions, and made no effort to find commonality. I've never been so put off. I ended the interview early.

There was a two part interview, by phone then in person. Depending on when they are hiring it can be a 1 on 1 interview or a group interview around holiday.
