Very similar to typical management retail questions regarding KPIs and past experience. Very warm interview experience and was open to any questions I had about the role. Fashion knowledge is expected.

Interview
I applied online. 2 weeks later spoke to TA person. Went through my resume and by the end of the call they were so impressed they said they'd recommend me to the hiring manager. The TA person even went as far as letting me know what the hiring manager is looking for during the conversation -- topics, skills, etc I should touch on. She kept saying my experience was perfect based on what they were looking for. Spoke to the hiring manager 1 week later. I thought the conversation went well. Covered all the topics the TA person told me about. It was very conversational and I felt we clicked. They had 1-2 questions and then I asked 2-3 questions. Although I was told I'd hear back with feedback and next steps, I didn't hear back until 2.5 months after. Reached out the first time 4 weeks after my last call -- silence. Reached out again 4 weeks after and then I was told they offered the job to someone else. I had a feeling I wasn't their top candidate. I just wish they would've been more responsive, at least when I reached out the first time.

Interview
The interview process at Coach was your typical interview for a retail position, asking about sales and customer service background and schedule availability. The interviewer was very pleasant and thorough.
