I applied in-person. I interviewed at Coach (Santa Clara, CA) in Jan 2019
Interview
Very simple. Have open availability and smile a lot. Dress in all black and keep hair and makeup simple but put together. Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus but not needed at all. If you have a coach purse or belt wear it
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Coach in Jul 2019
Interview
Small group interview, asked us each about our styles, how we interact with the fashion world, what we enjoy about Coach and fashion in general, asked us situational questions. I did feel like I was competing against the other two people with me, and I felt like the expectation of our experience with Coach wasn't necessarily fair, as not everyone has access to designer brands.
