Lots of steps to the interview process. First I submitted an application online. After I interviewed with the store manager and assistant manager. After interviewing with the store manager and assistant manager I interviewed with the district manager. After interviewing with the district manager I had a phone interview with the regional manager. This took a few weeks.

For the men’s store, it’s an in-person interview. They sit you outside in a bench, Then, if you pass that interview, the next step is a group interview. But it you pass the first interview, you’re more than likely to pass the group interview, too
