Coach interview questions

I had a one-on-one interview with the Store Manager, was then interviewed by the District Manager and finally the Regional Manager over several months. The process was fairly standard and communication was consistent throughout the process. The focus was on my knowledge of the organization, my retail background and any successes or opportunities I had as a management professional.

Had 3 interviews. They get to know you, ask a few simple questions. One with hiring asst. manager, other with store manager and i forgot who the other interview was with.
