I applied at a job fair and when I turned in my application they asked me if I read fashion blogs/magazines, asked about my experience in retail and availability. Then I was scheduled a group interview with the general manager and was told about the history of coach and what was expected of us. One or two questions were asked. Got a call for an offer 3 days later.

What was your most difficult situation that you were put in and how did you solve it?
It was pretty relaxed, two interviewers, mostly spoke about my CV and Customer Service. Why I want to join the company and why luxury retail? I am still waiting to hear back from them. Had my interview last last week.

Pretty straight forward and nothing too intense. Great energy from the team as long as you are competent yet competitive.
It was a 2 step process for me after the phone call and they brought me in immediately.

Pretty easy and standard questions which were not very tough. They wanted to see my the personality and attitude towards work. Overall it was a good interview and they were very nice and polite.
