The interview process is taken very seriously so show up looking your best. It’s just like any other interview retail where they will tell you about themselves and the company and then ask basic questions about customer service.
The interview process at Coach outlets was very easy and straight to the point. Keeping a friendly smile and upbeat attitude is mostly what they are looking for! Interviewer was very positive and friendly.

What is your prior experience with customer service?
Easy going and fast. They have a friendly team and Seems to be a very professional environment. Lots of benefits along with the job, paid time off, some holidays off, full health benefits.

I applied through indeed and got a call back very quick. It was a group interview and took roughly around 15 min! The interviewer was very nice and comforting and tried to make the interview as relaxed as possible! They really want people that know and have a strong love for fashion
