Interview
The interview process took about 30 to 45 minutes. The hiring manager spoke about Coach in detail about who they are and what the brand stands for. All this took place at a nearby location where the interview was conducted. During the interview, the hiring manager asked questions about who I was and why I was interested in working for Coach. I believe the manager wanted to see what type of person I was.

I applied via a friend. Was called for an interview within a week. The interview was a very casual interview with the store manager right outside the store. After that, I received a call from the store manager with an offer which I accepted.

Interview
The process was not overall challenging at all. It was pretty basic. I started off by going in and filling out a job application form. After that, I got a call to come in for the interview. The company can be superficial so make sure you are dressed presentable when you get your app and that you wear a shirt and tie for the interview.
