Generic question on why you applied and what you like about coach- I recommend wearing all black and carrying a coach bag with you during the interview. You may or may not have an interview with the regional manager
Very good question focusing on customer service skills set. Be prepared to answer fluently with scenario questions. Pre-retail experience is a plus. Personal skills is also mention in the interview.
