They have low expectations and will literally hire anyone between the ages of 18 and 26. They forget to tell you what the job actually entails -- instead relying on how great it is to work with students.

It was really easy. I felt like the person I talked to was nice. At the end of the interview, I couldn't really tell if I had gotten the job or not. But the questions were really interesting, very community-focused and personality-based. They also wanted to see if your values matched with City Year's values.

I went in person to the office and met with one of the managers who asked me about 10 questions. You did not have to go in person, there was a skype option as well I believe
