I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Citi (Singapur)
Interview
Office located in Singapore, both rounds of interview were over phone/Skype. Both were mostly behavioural, with a few technical questions about excel modeling, data analysis. The interviews followed my resume pretty closely, and asked questions about leadership experience, team management, etc.

Question 1
How would you convince high value customers who are unfamiliar with technology and such to convert entirely to online banking?
Had one on campus, then superday at their offices. Superday consisted of three half hour long interviews, structured sort of like speed dating with all the interviewers sitting in the same room. I was interviewing for an internship in the technology division, but my interviewers kept asking me finance questions despite me telling them that I had virtually no financial knowledge. One interviewer asked me what the market cap of citibank closed at the previous day. All my interviews were extremely technical, though I talked to other men who had been interviewed and they said theirs were purely behavioral. One interviewer even asked me what it was like being a woman and studying math.

Question 1
Some simple algo questions, but one interviewer questioned me about threading, even though i told him I had no idea what it was. he asked me "well, what do you think it is?"
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Citi (Long Island City, NY) in May 2014
Interview
I only had a few phone interviews and they were all behavioral and asking about what I want to do. I did not have to prepare anything. None of the questions required any market knowledge or preparation. Know what you want to do and tailor your answers to the job.
