Email communication with interviewer, followed by a phone interview. Generic interview for Intern position, as no prior experience is expected. Talked through resume, talked about teamwork experience, detailed interest in position.

Interview
I just applied for an internship position as information from a member of staff. Got called for a face-to-face interview 2 days later. Interview with my direct supervisor - and got offer then. The interviewer is very friendly, it's more like a discussion. She asked my about what I wrote in the application form, and tell me about the work required.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Citi (New York, NY) in Jan 2008
Interview
Very intensive interview process. There were 3 rounds of interviews, one each over the phone, by a panel, and in person. Once accepted into the "intern pool", there was a final round of interviews conducted by managers of various business segments that was used to put the intern where they had the best "fit" with the company.
