Cintas Sales Service Representative interview questions

The hiring process was long and spanned over 2 weeks. First there was a ride along, where I wore a Cintas Uniform and went on route with a random SSR. It was to see if I was physically up to the role as an SSR. I interviewed with all 4 service managers, as well as the General Manager. One of the service managers quit one week before I was hired; a day or two after he interviewed me.

It was a very thorough process. There were 5 total interviews, including a ride along and a phone interview. This was definitely the most intense interview process that I have come across.
