Cintas Sales Representative interview questions

Had two interviews with two different people. Both the same styles. Situational questions and past experiences (i.e. what was a time you disagreed with a superior and what happened?). The interviewers sat back and took notes while listening to your answer.

The interview process begins with a phone call. If the phone call goes well they will have you go in for a face to face interview. Following the initial face-to-face interview is a sort of "work in the field/peer interview" day where you are expected to work in the field with a sales representative and follow them throughout their typical day. I would expect after this phase you would find out if you were going to get the job or not.
