Cintas Sales Representative interview questions

The interview process was long, but certainly makes sense to why it should be. There are a series of phone conversations and in person interviews from different members of the management and leadership teams. You even get the opportunity to shadow a member of the sales team to make sure it’s a great fit for both parties.

Phone interview, in person interview with manager, I talked to the manager in person and later I shadowed the lead outside sales representative on the field. He asked me if I was afraid of having the job interfere with my family life. I’m not sure if he asked that because I was a female. Then he asked me if I would be happy about being on a job where I am not the boss. I am not sure why he asked that. When I came back to the office I met the rest of the team, which was the vast majority male. The manager didn’t talk to me after and the lead sales rep sent me away and told me that I would get paid for that day of work which never happened.
