Long but worth it , about five different interviews from one supervisor to a manager to hr then a ride along day then GM then an offer. Like I said long but definitely one hundred percent worth it
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Little Rock, AR) in May 2018
Interview
Very long process, you have to have multiple interviews with different people before an offer is made. Drug test and background must be clear before you can be officially employed and then go through orientation.

Question 1
You have to give examples of situations you have experienced.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Lenexa, KS) in Aug 2015
Interview
Cintas' interview process is lengthy, and thorough. The reason for this is because they hire quality candidates only. My interview process was 1 phone call, 3 in-person interviews, a drug test, and an all-day ride along (9+ hours) with a current Cintas employee.
