I ask how long the hiring process will take. The recruiter said expect about 2 or 3 weeks. 4 different interviews is expected. Than a ride along. Than they will evaluate and see if your the right fit.

A total of 6 interviews spanned over two weeks, followed by 2 weeks of silence. Seems to be management heavy, 3 of the interviews were conducted by middle management, 1 interview conducted by the GM, 1 phone interview and 1 ride along. Wasted a lot of time resulting in a form rejection letter.
