Cintas Route Sales Representative interview questions

They must have trouble keeping drivers. Their ad is listed time and time again for my local hub. I have all of the experience listed in the qualifications but was rejected via email after talking to the recruiter. Very disappointed they don't interview in person at the site with people who know the job. Speaking to someone via phone half way across the country who doesn't at all relate to the the local driving industry is not productive.

It was told to me that it would be a 6 part process. It was on going for about two months and after the 5 interview I had to check in with them after not hearing from anyone there for over 2 weeks and when they got back with me, they told me that I didn't get the job. I am over qualified for this position and I know it.
