Cintas Outside Sales Representative interview questions

A lengthier hiring process. I made it to the final-stage before being cut. It included 4 separate interviews and one ride-along in the field with an existing rep. One thing they really place a heavy emphasis on is previous sales experience backed by data and numbers.

Long interview process. Tough to gauge the culture there as everyone had generic answers but no one goes in depth. Very good interview practice though. Recruiter gives updates in a tomely fashion.
