Cintas Management Trainee interview questions

I met with the HR who called me. I had about a 30 minute interview with that rep. After that I took a skills test that had some situational skills and some math skills that had to do with sequences. It was hard for me because I am not very good at math. Then after that, I had a quick chat with the HR rep and the GM. About a week later I was called in for a second interview. We first took a tour of the plant and then after that, I met with four cintas reps who asked me about 5-6 situational questions each individually. The questions were very wordy but were good to see skills and leadership experiences. I was invited to meet with the VP the next day which consisted of informal interview questions. Just wanted to get an idea of who I was and what I was into. It was an overall great experience. Now just waiting to see if I get an offer.

Pretty standard behavioral and fit interviews with operational managers and hr managers. They were mostly looking to see if i would have the stuff and the do it yourself grittiness that they seem to be looking for in their hires. There weren't any curveballs or anything all pretty standard "Tell me about yourself" "greatest weakness/strength." They said they will do a drug test in the next round. FYI
