I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas
Interview
First had interview at school. Basic behavioral questions read from a sheet. I looked at all the questions on here for help and it was extremely useful. Then, had to take a 1.5 hour test (wasn't bad just logic and personality questions). Then was flown out to a branch location for round robin interviews. Each was 45min to an hour long and they read questions off a sheet (similar to the first one). Make sure you have lots of examples ready from your experiences. Wasn't bad and everyone is super friendly. LOVE the people here. Down to earth, not looking to grill you - truly interested in who you are and learning more about you.

Interview
Basic interview with your standard questions. Asked about my background and plans for the future. Greatest strength and biggest weakness questions. Interviewer seemed kinda rushed as if he was just trying to get through the process. The interview seemed high stress because I felt like I wasn't worth the time to really sit down and talk about anything in detail. Never heard anything back, even after calling and emailing.

Question 1
Describe a situation in which your work was criticized.
I had 4 interviews in which i spoke to 7 different people. This process also lasted a month and a half. They have to make sure that you are the right fit for the company, because its gonna be a little rough when you start. they also made me drive 3 hours away to meet one of the senior management.
