Cintas Management Trainee interview questions

Met the Cintas HR director at my college career fair and got signed up for an interview the next week. Came in very nice HR director, made me feel very comfortable the whole time. We laughed and asked very direct questions for about 30 minutes. I have the second round interview sometime within the next two weeks.

Phone interview; then two in person interviews. I felt the interview process was over the top for the industry. Basically the same questions being asked by a number of different people. I did not think I was a good fit for the corporation. I do not want to be married to the job - I just want to work hard, get paid and have a life.
