Screening interview. Asked about myself, what i know about the company, why I am interested in the role. Followed by many behavioral questions. Most focused on how I turned a difficult situation into an achievement. I believe they want quantifiable answers and use the STAR method to answer these.

I am currently at the first stage but was a basic conversation of what CINTAS is and what the MT program is, how it works, etc. then into questions. Overall super sweet person I got from HR to talk to as well.

it was good, i got through 2 rounds of interviews, 1 with a PR member and the other with a Sales manager. very friendly interviewer and i felt comfortable to speak freely. mostly behavioral questions.
