Cintas Management Trainee interview questions

After a long interview process, I was turned down because while I was and do volunteer frequently, I was not active enough on campus. Overall I did not enjoy the interview later stage of the process because of how starkly different the feeling was with the interviewers on the call, it was as though they were playing good cop bad cop.

It is a 3 part interview process. The position is a 15 month rotational program and afterwards, you go in sales for the following year. Online and in person interviews are included.
