took a month to have all 4 in-person interviews that asked the same questions and be hired. You interview with different sets of people. the final interview is the GM. the questions are all the same with all of the people.
Screening interview. Asked about myself, what i know about the company, why I am interested in the role. Followed by many behavioral questions. Most focused on how I turned a difficult situation into an achievement. I believe they want quantifiable answers and use the STAR method to answer these.

I am currently at the first stage but was a basic conversation of what CINTAS is and what the MT program is, how it works, etc. then into questions. Overall super sweet person I got from HR to talk to as well.
