The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cintas (Fishersville, VA) in Jun 2010
Interview
2 Interviews-one by Human resource which was nothing more than a verification of resume.
Second interview by Service Manager from set of questions, should be easy to handle by anyone with previous manager experience. I did great, interviewer tried to set up 3rd interview with GM but he was busy. Never heard another thing from them until 3 weeks later, an E-Mail rejection letter ?
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Tampa, FL) in May 2010
Interview
Have no clue what these people want. Successful salesperson, solid resume, and BSBA. If you have experience your resume will likely be scrutinized more so than if a recent college grad. TOUGH job market, they have 20 qualified candidates able to fill position unlike 10 years ago. Unless you're perfect, don't bother.
Interview questions [1]
