I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Cintas (Jessup, MD) in Jan 2010
Interview
The interview process went smoothly. Interviewed by 3 seperate people. Both of the service managers interviewed me first, then the office manager conducted an interview. It seems that one of the objectives was to try to convince me this was not the job I wanted and I had to determine if I thought this was right for me.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cintas (San Diego, CA) in Jun 2010
Interview
In this interview I would suggest knowing all about the company and research further than the website. They are looking for someone that has experience in acquiring new accounts. You would be selling uniforms, mats, etc. to local businesses in a protected area. The interviewer was approachable, but you can tell he means business.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Cintas (Seattle, WA) in Jul 2010
Interview
I wowed the recruiter who called me for an impromptu phone interview. Then I went in for my one on one interview and delivered a mediocre performance. This is the type of company where you really have to impress them immediately, so you better be on your a game or you won't get a call back.
