I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Cintas (Troy, MI) in Sep 2018
Interview
Prepare for a marathon. This company takes two-three weeks inbetween each interview. How many do you ask? I finally asked at the third one. And typically five to twelve interviews are required. On this position, I had two phone interviews, and one in person interview. Next step is a “ride along”. Which you get paid to ride along side a current employee and see if the job is right. Followed by one last interview

Question 1
Typical stuff. How you follow safety, difficult customers, a time of conflict at work
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Hazelwood, MO) in Apr 2018
Interview
First interview is a phone interview, then you go in and interview with one of the 3 managers you would be working under. Then you go back to meet with another one of those 3. After that is a ride-a-long, which was great because I got to see what I would be doing every day and pick the person's brain about their experiences with Cintas thus far.
After my ride-a-long I had a final interview with the GM. Everyone who worked there told me if I made it to the final interview then I forsure had the job, I just needed to sell myself in the interview. I don't know what I did wrong, but I was sent a rejection letter two weeks later. I was told I would be paid for doing the ride-a-long (which lasted 7 hours taking up my whole day), but now I can't get a response from anyone about being paid for it. I thought I had a positive experience every time and I was very excited to be there. Then I got the cold shoulder and no explanation as to why I was not chosen. Overall, I feel blindsided and angry.

Question 1
Tell me about a time a customer was displeased and what you did to go out of your way to make them happy?
I applied online. I interviewed at Cintas in Oct 2017
Interview
The first process is a phone interview with a recruiter which lasts 15 minutes. During the interview, you discuss your previous work history, education, and pretty much anything you feel comfortable with talking about. If the recruiter feels you're a good fit your information would be passed along to the district manager.
