I applied online. I interviewed at Cintas (Runnemede, NJ) in Mar 2021
Interview
I was interviewed by 5 different people about the position....they all ask the usual "scripted questions" and played dumb when I talked about responsibilities at previous positions. At least the interviews were fairly quick and not spaced out over a long period of time. Talked a lot about diversity and inclusion which is of little interest to me when looking for a job. The pay setup was explained to me 3 different ways and none were the same.

I applied online. I interviewed at Cintas (Evansville, IN) in Jan 2021
Interview
Setup through web calendar, very easy to access. Made me feel very comfortable, since I was transitioning from the Army. Very personable and made me feel as a member of the team even though it was an interview.
