Centene Project Manager interview questions

I first had an interview with the hiring manager by phone. It went very well and I was then asked to com in to interview with the same manager as well as an employee in the role I would be filling. I was told that the information would be given to HR and then they would contact me one way or the other.

Schedule phone interview first with the hiring manager. However, department decided to hire within and promote one of their existing employee so I wasn't able to interview in person for the job.
