Completed a total of 7 interviews for a non-managerial position. Their hiring process seems very fragmented, from both an HR and hiring manager perspective. The interview process was not made clear from the onset and throughout the interviews. The interviewers were not even able to give clear answers to who the role would report to. Received an offer but declined, for several reasons: low salary offer despite HR knowing my salary requirements from the get-go, un-inspiring role that was against my morals (basically review data to help the company justify raising Medicare rates for their members), and bad impression of corporate culture based on interview process.
