Centene Project Manager interview questions

The interviewer had me solve theoretical problems that the company had run into in the past to see if I could come to the same or better answers that they did.

There's an HR screening, 1st panel with manager & another managers from other departments, and 2nd panel with your "peers". They ask STAR questions in which I thought went well. However, the HR recruiters never gives you a call back or inform you if you've been selected or not and will completely ghosts you. Which is fine, however, this recruiter lady stated that she was different and would remain in contact but falls behind on the follow-up which just tells you what kind of company this is. I will never apply here again.
