Centene Manager interview questions

Phone screen, then face to face with VPs. The phone screen consisted of finding out about my background and skills, after the phone screen I was set up with a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager and his boss. The interview consisted of behavioral interview questions.

I met with other managers in the department one on one who followed a behavioral interview process. Everyone was warm, helpful, and encouraged me to ask questions about themselves and the department as well.
