Centene Manager interview questions

The recruiter was professional and friendly. I would say the interviewing managers were not as pleasant. It's revealing when your interviewer is in a high-level clinical position and is unpleasant. You send in a follow-up, and at the minimum, even if you are not chosen, they can respond to your questions. Being responsive to an email means being courteous and professional; there is a person/human behind every interview. This is the worst company, and I am glad I was not selected for the position.

Interviewed with director via phone and panel interview was done via zoom. Overall good experience that lasted about an hour each time. Background check takes longer than expected. Standard questions that included situational scenarios
