Centene interview questions

Pretty corporate. 90+% taken from HR list of standard questions. Name one time when you... Positive traits? Negative traits? What is one thing that sets you apart from other candidates? One interview with HR and one with hiring managers. Both ask similar questions. Company uses employee referral to hire for a lot of its positions.

I've applied at Centene for the same position for 6 months now. Received a phone interview July 22nd, then move to the next step face to face interview July 25th. I had to take a typing test before the interview. When the two person panel interview was finished, the following day I had to take a WORKEZ TEST. This test is a three hour test (timed). I received a good score. They told me to finish my work history online to complete the background check. The background check at most take two weeks for them to receive it. I didn't hear anything from them for about two in a half weeks. Finally received a phone call asking was I still intrested; I replied YES. She said give her 4 days to send me a confirmation email about the salary. It's been almost a week later and still haven't heard anything else from them. WILL GIVE A UPDATE.
