Question 1
What was one time you had to resolve a conflict in a group?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Centene in Mar 2016
Interview
My i initial communication with the company started when a recruiter reached out to me regarding the position. I emailed her my updated resume and she scheduled an interview for the next week. The interview itself was a more in depth discussion about my work experience. There were a set of questions that were asked as well. The usual strength/weakness question as well as scenario questions. I heard back from the talent/HR recruiter within a few days and followed next steps. Overall, the hiring process was not long and drawn out.

Question 1
Can you tell me about a time when you made a mistake and how did you handle it?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Centene (Rancho Cordova, CA) in Sep 2016
Interview
I was told I was a candidate for a senior It position during my phone interview/screening later found out during my in-person interview that I was actually being offered an entry level position. The interview itself wasn't anything out of the ordinary, simple previous job situational questions. The interviewing manager was interrupted by 3 phone calls during the duration of my interview (extending my interview an extra 30 minutes). I was told that I exceeded the qualifications of the position to be then told at the end of the interview that they needed people with experience.
