I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Centene (Little Rock, AR) in Oct 2016
Interview
I arrived about 10 minutes early and was eventually called back to interview at about 20 minutes after the scheduled time. I was given an overview of the company and how their different departments were growing. I was asked some standard interview questions (strengths, weaknesses, etc) and also some unusual ones (What frustrates you? Tell me about a time where you wish you could have handled things differently? How many beach balls will fit in this room? Yes, really.) It was difficult for me to read the body language/expressions of this particular interviewer; I felt the interview went well, but I wasn't certain. I asked about "next steps" and was told that I should have an answer regarding whether I'd be called back for a second interview within a day or two. I never heard back at all. Follow-up phone calls and emails went unanswered.
