Centene interview questions

Met with HR for a quick interview/to go over benefits, then 3 different teams of two people each. They asked behavioral style questions. The interview lasted 2 hours and everyone I met with was really nice. They extended an offer the following day.

I was contacted by a third party recruiter and then asked to complete a very lengthy online application. The company recruiter reached out by email with instructions for me to record a video interview. Although, I was supposed to have a few days to complete it the recruiter kept pressuring me to get it done right away. The video interview was awkward and left me feeling like a cog in the recruiting machine. Not a great experience and will never do that again.
