Catalent Pharma interview questions

They only seem to hire people through staffing agencies, mainly aerotek it seems. That is how i was informed about the job initially. My recruiter set up the interview date and time. I went in to the building greeted by the manager of the position i was interviewing for. They were friendly and welcoming, not intimidating. Went into a conference room and was joined by the director of the department. They were even nicer and more friendly. Interview lasted maybe 30 minutes and consisted of mostly personality questions and descriptions of the position. Some questions about previous work experiences. The most difficult question, which still was not difficult was the difference between accuracy and precision. After the interview went on a tour of the building.
