Behavioral interview. The interviewer (who was an HR director) asked the usual questions--where do you see yourself in five years, tell me about a time you ______, why do you want this job. This was an on-campus interview, and even though the interviewer had been interviewing candidates the entire day (I was the last one), he did not seem bored or tired of it, which was nice.
