I would recommend to them that when interviewing for any role, but especially a senior role, casper should have a better understanding of what role they want to fill before calling in candidates that you want to keep in the pipeline. Don't waste people's time and consider it sourcing. Keep someone on file, recruiters should be doing more work to maintain a pipeline without dragging people in for hours at a time when the company doesn't know what role they are even filling. Nice people, but truly inexperienced recruiting team. I don't think senior management has any idea how unprofessional the candidate experience was. The whole thing just felt disorganized and lazy. Overall- nice folks, unclear on the confidence of their product road map- feels like they want to do too much without much plan for making or doing anything actually new. Terrible candidate experience and clearly inexperienced leadership.
